  4. Predsjedavajući Komisije vodi, organizuje i usmjerava rad i djelovanje Organa i odgovoran je za stručni rad Organa.
  5. Kryetarin, zëvendëskryetarin dhe anëtarët e Komisionit Kosovar të Konkurrencës propozohen nga Qeveria dhe emërohen nga Kuvendi

About us

1. The Authority is a legal entity with independent public authorizations in the performance of its duties set out in the Basic Law. The Authority for its work reports to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.

2. The headquarters of the Authority is in Pristina.

3. The Commission for Protection of Competition is a collegial body that manages the work of the Authority, composed of five (5) members, President of the Commission. Vice President, and three Commisioner

4. The President of the Commission shall organize and direct the work and activity of the Authority and shall be responsible for the professional work of the Authority.

5.The President, Vice President and members of the Kosovo Competition Commission shall be proposed by the Government and nominated by the Assembly.
